"Send Me Location": Who & Where Is Saif Al-Adel

Saif al-Adel a former Egyptian colonel and explosives expert, who is suspected to be the de facto leader of Al-Qaeda after the death of it's former leader, Dr. Ayman al-Zawahiri. The United Nations and US officials claim he is currently being protected by the Iranian government, but they have continually denied his presence there.
