In this new series entitled "Operation Encore Edits", i will be reading excerpts from the FBI's investigation dubbed "Operation Encore", which was a follow-up to the PENTTBOM investigation of Saudi government complicity in providing assistance to two Al Qaeda operatives who were involved with the 9/11 attacks, Khalid al-Mihdhar and Nawaf al-Hazmi.
