Destiny's Response To Dave Smith Regarding The Legality Of Torture, Iraq War & Extrajudicial Killings: My Take On Things

This video is in response to a Twitter conversation between Destiny and Dave Smith which involved a very engaging debate about the moral and legal arguments about the US invasion of Iraq, drone assassinations, and torture. However, the problem regarding Destiny's position and argument aren't as descriptive as they should have been which made me respond in kind to what led to the circumvention of the legality of these issues.
