Bin Laden's Declaration Of War Against the United States

In May 1998, Osama Bin Laden, Ayman al-Zawahiri and Mohammed Atef, would join together with other Islamic militants to announce a fatwa (religious decree) against the United States and Israel. Bush White House would still deny the threat as being serious.
